We've posted here our Contract Request form for the 2009 Fiscal Year, April 1st, 2008 - March 31st, 2009. The Youth Services Committee, which reviews the requests and makes recommendations for funding, will give priority to those contract requests that address after school programs providing a safe, supervised environment for all youth in grades 4th through 12th in Oak Park/River Forest. The deadline for submitting the application is January 2nd, 2008. Please download and complete the form and return via email to rwhitehunter@oakparktownship.org by the appropriate deadline.
