Transportation

Oak Park Township values the mobility needs of residents of all ages, therefore we offer transportation services to our residents 60 year and older and to persons with disabilities of any age. Service is provided curb-to-curb within Oak Park and River Forest, and all buses are equipped with lifts for full accessibility. Safe, reliable service can be arranged for any purpose, including:

• Medical appointments
• Social activities
• Errands

A donation of $1.00 per ride is suggested, however no one is denied service based on ability to pay.  Reservations are available throughout the day, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 3:00 p.m. Reservations for any trip should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
