Disabled Person's Parking Placard

Oak Park Township offers temporary handicapped parking cards to community residents with disabilities, for a period of up to 90 days to assist those with short-term needs and while they apply for permanent handicapped parking placards.

• Your doctor must complete the Oak Park Township application
• Temporary parking cards are valid for three months
• Applications for permanent disability placards from the Secretary of State’s office are also available

Applications for both temporary and permanent placards are available at the main Township office reception desk.
